Previously, Moureen worked as a Project Coordinator and Moneywise Caseworker, leading financial literacy programs, client outreach, and case management. She has also contributed to non-profit initiatives focused on youth empowerment and community development, applying her expertise in stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and program coordination to strengthen service delivery and maximize impact.

Moureen holds a master’s degrees in Public Administration and International Development and is passionate about inclusive and sustainable development. Her career reflects a consistent focus on building programs that empower communities, expand access to resources, and drive measurable change.

In her spare time, Moureen enjoys reading fiction, learning new languages, and engaging in community volunteer work.
