Stay active
The Federation offers members meaningful opportunities to connect, grow, collaborate, and learn. We encourage all members to explore our value: the host of services and opportunities we offer to build ties with our community of researchers across Canada.
Share experiences and best practices with other members. Contribute to the Federation’s efforts to influence policy that affects research (e.g., expert panels, policy dialogues, committee appearances, media work).
Volunteer as your scholarly associations' representatives to the Board of Directors. Seek election to the national Board of Directors, a prestigious two-year not-for-profit governance appointment.
Stay connected
Is there new leadership in your organization? Have you moved or changed your website location? Please, let us know.
The Federation asks all members to update annually their general information. This allows us to be more effective in our communication while better supporting our community.
If your circumstances have changed, contact membership@federationhss.ca.
Cancelling and returning memberships
Members cancelling their membership with the Federation may reapply under certain conditions. For more information, contact membership@federationhss.ca.
