This is the annual meeting of the Canadian Society for the History and Philosophy of Science. CSHPS/SCHPS is a Canadian forum bringing together historians, philosophers, sociologists, and a wide range of interdisciplinary scholars interested in exploring all aspects of science, past and present. Our keynote speaker this year is Dr. Pierre-Olivier Méthot, Canada Research Chair in Medical Humanities and History of Biological Thinking, Université Laval. There will also be a session celebrating the life and work of Kathleen Okruhlik (1951-2024).
