Check registration reports
For all scheduled speakers and panelists to have access to their booked events, they must be registered for your conference prior to Congress. Your association has until May 6 to ensure that all your scheduled speakers are present in the Registration Report, accessible through the Organizers Portal. Speakers who have not registered will not be able to log onto the platform where their event is taking place.
Service centres
Planning Guide: section 7.2
We have created two services centres to help speakers and attendees navigate their way through Congress. The Speaker Service Centre provides information to aid speakers in the preparation of Congress and during Congress. The Attendee Service Centre provides valuable information for all registered attendees to make the most of their experience at Congress 2022.
