Make the most out of virtual Congress

Congress is right around the corner! Here are some tips to make the most out of your virtual congress experience:

  1. Change environments: Attending multiple sessions from the same environment can be mentally exhausting, so try moving around. Attend each session from a new space if possible.
  2. Create a conference routine: Think about the routine you had for an in-person congress. Did you work out in the morning? Or grab a coffee before the conference? Having a virtual conference routine is important to stay organized and motivated throughout the day.
  3. Interact: At Congress, you will have the opportunity to interact with speakers, exhibitors, associations, fellow attendees and the Federation. Take the time to participate in thought-provoking conversations.
  4. Breaks: Sitting through hours of sessions can be draining, remember to make time for breaks. Whether it be going for a walk, standing up and stretching or grabbing a new cup of coffee: t is important that you take breaks from the screen to boost your productivity.
