As a valued member of the Federation, we are excited to introduce you to a new opportunity, exclusive to your membership: a bespoke abstract management software that will allow associations to get the highest quality product and support for a fraction of the cost.
Scholarly associations who hold conferences and publish journals know that abstract management can be a time-consuming and costly endeavor and many existing management tools are expensive, leaving associations to choose between time-saving convenience and spending thousands of dollars annually on tools that can help.
We are proud to announce this new service, through Fourwaves: a robust, user-friendly, and bilingual platform designed to simplify the entire abstract submission process for conferences and journals, whether you're planning your association's conference at Congress or organizing year-round activities.
Our pricing structure is flexible, based on anticipated submissions, ensuring you pay for the level of service that best fits your needs, starting at as little as $337.50 per call for papers, per year. Plus, you have the peace of mind knowing that we actively monitor your usage to optimize your chosen package.
Moreover, Fourwaves provides comprehensive support to ensure your association maximizes the benefits of the platform. This includes personalized onboarding sessions, ongoing technical support via email and live chat, and access to a bilingual knowledge base.

We invite you to learn more via live demonstrations, which will be held July 10, August 28, and September 4. Attending a demonstration does not opt your association into the service.
You can also watch a recorded demonstration here.
Sign up for a demonstration or to opt into the service.
Associations will be onboarded to the service on a rolling basis and there is no deadline to opt in. However, we advise you to opt in at least four (4) weeks before the start of your call for papers.
