Sara El Rayes
Lead, Programs
Sara El Rayes is the Federation’s Lead, Programs.
Before joining the Federation, Sara served as a Monitoring and Information Management Coordinator for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), supporting the team in charge of designing and implementing livelihood interventions in Lebanon in partnership with local actors. Previously, she worked for the Catholic Relief Services, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Save the Children, and the UNDP Climate Change Projects.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Arabic and was raised in and around Beirut, Lebanon.
In her free time, you will likely find Sara visiting galleries and museums, drawing, cooking, and reading ASPP books borrowed from the Federation's library.
