Congress Ombuds
The Congress Ombudsperson is available as an independent, neutral, and confidential resource for all attendees to discuss or report possible violations of the Congress Code of Conduct, and receive support in finding appropriate resolutions.
Anyone wishing to discuss or report a possible violation of the Congress Code of Conduct should contact the Ombudsperson at congressh.ombuds@gmail.com.
The Ombudsperson will be available via e-mail from 9:00 to 17:00 EDT during Congress, including on the weekend. Emails received after hours will be addressed the next day.

If you’ve got questions – we're here to help! Support is available for everything from registration, transportation, food services, programming, and more.
Visit the onsite Info Desk (in the Congress Hub - Vari Hall Rotunda) or any of the six Information kiosks around campus for assistance, or ask the Congress team - Congress volunteers can be identified by their red t-shirts.
For association support, visit your Association greeting table or find your association’s contact email.
