Mianda Thwaites 

Communications Coordinator

Mianda has a background working for non-profit organizations and previously worked as a Project Coordinator for the Canadian Red Cross. She has an undergraduate degree in Global Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as a post-graduate degree in Project Management from Algonquin College. In recent years Mianda has shifted her career path to the Holistic Health and Wellness space, and works as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist alongside her work with the Federation.
In her spare time Mianda enjoys trying new recipes, spending time in nature, and reading.
