Bailee Dobson

Policy Officer

Bailee Dobson is the Federation's Policy Officer.

Prior to joining the Federation, Bailee worked as a research assistant for Dr. Michael Murphy at the Centre for International and Defence Policy. During that time, her work focused on analyzing quantum technology and its policies in relation to the Five Eyes Security Alliance and Women, Peace, and Security efforts in Canada.

Bailee holds a Bachelors in International Studies from Texas A&M University where she wrote her thesis on the use of traditional arms transfers as tools for diplomatic negotiation. She also holds a Masters in Political Studies and International Relations from Queens University, specializing in post-soviet and ethnic conflicts.

Bailee speaks English, Russian, and French.

In her spare time, Bailee can be found quilting, playing video games, or snapping photos of space and nature.
