Early bird deadline  

Now is your last chance to register before the early bird deadline! As of April 1, 2023, Congress fee rates will increase. By registering by March 31, depending on your registrant type, you can save between 10% and 23% compared to the regular rate.

Expand your reach with media opt-in 

When together at Congress, you can share your research across disciplines with peers from all over the country and the world – but did you know your research could go further? As part of the media outreach program, we can support you in getting media attention for your work.

By opting into the program, the Federation connects the media to your incredible research, creating widespread visibility for you, your association, and your institution to the broader public. Opt in using the link below or by selecting the ‘I am a researcher who would like to learn more about the media outreach program’ option on your registration form.

Congress Child and Dependent Care Subsidy 

The Federation is pleased to offer for the second consecutive year an award program to help offset the cost of child and dependent care for presenters at Congress 2023. The Congress Child and Dependent Care Subsidy program consists of a reimbursement of up to $200 for eligible expenses.

Associations nominate applicants for this subsidy to the Federation, so those interested should contact their scholarly association as soon as possible to apply.
