The link to access your association’s session data template is available on the home page of the Organizers Portal. Please confirm your review of your session data with your VPL by March 25.
Don’t miss the early-bird deadline

The deadline to register to Congress with the early-bird discount is March 31. As of April 1, all Congress fees will increase to regular rates. Please encourage your members to register before the end of the month.
Complimentary pass holders
Planning Guide: section 3.3.4
Remember to have your guests register using your association’s complimentary pass link, found under Tasks and forms/Comp pass links in the Organizers Portal. If a guest has already registered themselves, you can email us at organizers@federationhss.ca for a refund. Refer back to section 3.1.1.3 for information on complimentary access for Black and Indigenous students and attendees.
Submit your audio-visual and accessibility service requests
Planning Guide: section 5.2
Now that your association has had the chance to browse the AV and accessibility services offered at Congress 2022, please submit your requirements via the Organizers Portal. The form opens tomorrow, and your association has until April 8 to submit your requests. If you have any questions around AV or accessibility services or would prefer to complete this task via an Excel grid, please contact your VPL. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, but there is no guarantee that an association will receive specific services due to the high demand for the resources required during the month of May. Late orders received after April 8, 2022, are subject to an additional charge of 15%.
Association Greeting Lounge content reminder
Planning Guide: section 5.3
Want to make a great first impression? Your association’s Greeting Lounge is a great space to connect with your attendees, showcase your program highlights and provide a link to your association website. Your Greeting Lounge is also where your attendees will be able to find links to your auditorium, networking lounge and poster hall. Please be in touch with your VPL on final content adjustments in early April.
Discover Congress open events
Planning Guide: section 4.2.3
Over 100 open events are presented at Congress 2022 to all registered attendees. All open events are published in the calendar for open events. Please let your members know that these events are included in their conference registration and that they are encouraged to make time in their agenda to attend them during Congress.
Did your association submit open events? Remember you can still make changes until April 29.
