On the platform you will find virtual participation options for Congress programming like Big Thinking and for those participating in association conferences, virtual session links and on-demand videos for your conference sessions.
How to log in

Click on ‘Log in’ at the top of the page

Your username and password will be the same email address and password you used to register for Congress.

If you cannot remember your password, click on ‘Don’t know your password? Click here to reset it’ on the login page.
Using the platform
Platform Tour
Be sure to watch our Platform Tour to see how to navigate the platform. The tour can be accessed on the Home page of the platform.
Exploring the Events calendar
Click on "Events calendar" under Programming in the navigation bar at the top. On this page, you will see all the virtual open events.
There are filters on the left-hand side and accessibility icons in the session tiles to help attendees find the sessions they would like to join.
Finding your association agenda
Click on "Association conferences" under programming. From this page, you can find your association and view their agenda.
The agenda button for associations you have not registered for will be greyed out. If you would like to attend that association's conference, you can log back into your Congress registration form and update your association selections.
How to join a virtual program
30 minutes before the start of a session, a join now button will appear. Clicking on it will open a Zoom meeting.
Session recordings
At the bottom of the events calendar page is an “On Demand” section. Here you will find an On Demand button will also be available once the recording is ready for viewing.
Support
Starting on June 12 you can ask for help navigating the platform by selecting “Live Support” from at the bottom of your screen and the Swoogo technical team will be there to answer your platform questions. Live support is available on most conference days from 7:30 to 17:00 ET.
