Greeting Lounge access and content updates

Planning Guide: section 5.3

In February, your association uploaded draft content for its Greeting Lounge to the Organizer Portal, and you should have received a screenshot of your Greeting Lounge from your VPL. Remember your Greeting Lounge is accessible to all registered attendees, so don’t forget to update this space, highlighting your open events and sharing links to your website.

Conference programs

Planning Guide: section 4.2.4

Help us help you! In order to submit your program, you will need to go back into the Conference Details Form in the Organizer Portal. Attendees and media representatives often search for available conference programs before Congress to help them decide if they will register or if there are topics of interest. Your association has up until April 15 to submit its final program.

Attendee Service Centre coming online

Planning Guide: section 7.2

Navigating the virtual conference world can be challenging at times, so our team will be launching the Attendee Service Centre on the Federation’s website in early April. The Attendee Service Centre will provide valuable information for all registered attendees to make the most of their experience at Congress 2022.

Congress virtual platform

The Congress virtual platform will remain open until June 3. This will allow your members and all registered attendees to access the platform, all resources and archived videos. Please note your association will receive its archived session post-Congress.

Congress Graduate Merit Award

Planning Guide: section 4.3.3

The Federation is pleased to offer an award program to support the participation of exceptional graduate students in Congress activities. The Congress Graduate Merit Award (CGMA) consists of a $500 cash value paid directly to recipients. Visit the resources tab in the Organizers Portal to find more details on eligibility criteria and the application process. CGMA Form can be submitted through the Organizers Portal by April 12
