Opt into our media relations program
Did you know that the Federation runs a media outreach program? If you are presenting new research at Congress 2022, consider participating by filling in the media opt-in form for a chance to gain media coverage! We look forward to supporting you and the dissemination of important research to all Canadians.
“Transitions” series on the Federation blog
The Federation maintains a high-visibility blog on the Federation website. Starting this month, we will capture stories about Congress. We invite you to start sending in your stories about your research and the idea of “Transitions” from your discipline’s perspective. Send your story ideas to communications@federationhss.ca anytime.
Contractors’ recruitment for Congress 2022
There is ongoing recruitment for over 150 short-term contractors to support the delivery of virtual Congress 2022! We are looking for flexible and motivated individuals who have great communication skills to fill roles for Customer Service Representatives, Communication Assistants, and Event Technicians. If you are not able to apply, we hope that you can share this information within your circle.
Open programming
Whether your interests lie in history, literature, politics, education, sociology, or film, there is something for you at Congress! Attend open programming to connect with your colleagues, learn about a new discipline, find inspiration from a keynote address, and engage in critical conversations around equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization. Open programming can be accessed by all attendees, regardless of the registration category. Discover the Big Thinking lineup and Career Corner workshops planned this year and stay tuned; community passes will be available for purchase in April.
