Transforming our Educational Systems: Responding to the TRC and Federation’s “Igniting Change” EDID Recommendations in Education

The Canadian Society for the Study of Higher Education (CSSHE) and the Federation teamed up with members of the broader educational community to anchor EDID principles into the life and work of our associations, institutions, and professional practices. Join the discussion at Congress on ways, we might increase BIPOC and LGBTQI representation in education; explore ways we can address systemic privilege in our institutions; and consciously work to disrupt the status quo and clear pathways to transformative action, equity and justice on our campuses.

Congress' much-awaited Big Thinking lecture series will be returning this year! Featuring leading Canadian scholars and public figures, the program will include discussions on Indigenous language revitalization, post-pandemic futures, and the climate crisis, among others.
