The Canadian Association for the Study of Adult Education (CASAE) warmly invites you to submit a proposal to present at our 2025 Annual Conference. CASAE welcomes proposals from researchers and practitioners worldwide. Our conference theme, “Reframing Togetherness through the Spaces and Places of Adult Education,” encourages reflection on the spaces and places you occupy and what you are doing or can contribute in your teaching, research, pedagogy, and practice as adult educators to promote and strengthen togetherness.

Our vision for the 2025 CASAE conference is to create an inclusive, stimulating, and collaborative space for adult education students, researchers, professors, and practitioners from Canada and abroad to come together, forge connections, deepen and expand our networks for sharing knowledge, and develop solidarities that transcend our contexts to fortify and sustain the field of educational research, scholarship, and practice for the future. We welcome proposals for individual papers, symposia, research round tables, and innovative practice sessions based on the conference theme or any topic related to your current work and practice in the field.
